Project Manager - Hard FM (Healthcare)

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in healthcare or Hard FM? We're looking for a results-driven leader to plan, execute, and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring success within budget, scope, and timeline.

You'll be crucial in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency, all while building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Develop budgets, control costs, manage contracts, and report financial metrics.

  • Operational Oversight: Lead project planning and delivery (following RIBA), ensuring compliance with NHS/Hospital technical requirements (HTMs, HBNs, etc.), Building Control, and Fire regulations. You'll oversee commissioning, asset management, and ensure a quality and safety-by-design approach.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

  • Client Relations: Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:
  • Proven project management experience in construction, healthcare, or Hard FM (Healthcare).

  • Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and contract negotiation.

  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of construction methodologies and industry best practices.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Aconex).
