A leading residential design & build consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to join their friendly team based in London.


The Project Manager's Role


The successful Project Manager will be overseeing high-end projects across London including home extensions & renovations from up to £800,000.


The day to day responsibilities of the Project Manager would be liaising with clients and monitoring the project from start to finish.


The Project Manager's Requirements


  1. Hold a construction / RICS / Project Management related degree
  2. Minimum of 3 year's experience managing residential building projects
  3. MRICS or MAPM qualified (Ideally from a Design & Build background)
  4. Confident in dealing with people from all backgrounds
  5. Reliable, responsible, and punctual
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills

£40,000 - £50,000
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with 1 additional days holiday for each years' service to maximum of 30.
