  • MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or working towards chartership is desirable.

With a strong pipeline of public and private sector projects, we are seeking a talented Construction Project Manager to join our professional team and help shape the built environment with innovation, precision, and integrity.

The Role:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful planning and delivery of a variety of construction projects. You ll be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects through all RIBA stages
  • Act as the principal point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Develop and maintain project programmes, cost plans, and risk registers
  • Monitor project progress and manage performance to ensure key milestones are met
  • Produce clear and concise project reports for stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, contract terms, and health & safety requirements

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within a consultancy or client-side role
  • Background in construction, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent understanding of project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or working towards chartership is desirable
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach with attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the South West
