Project Manager required for successful and growing construction consultancy in Brighton.

Arise Recruit is working with a construction company that specialises in project management, cost consultancy, and related services primarily for the hospitality sector – hotels, bars and restaurants. They are an established business with a growing team, increasing 50% in the last 2 years. They are known for their experienced team, personal service, and track record in guiding clients through complex development and refurbishment projects. They work with some of the most high profile clients within the sector, and have a great track record of repeat business, delivering projects up to GBP10M in value.

Project Manager Responsibilities;

  • Oversee and execute hospitality projects from inception to completion.

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines.

  • Implement project management best practices and methodologies.

  • Identify, track and mitigate potential project risks.

  • Deliver regular project updates to senior management.

  • Build positive relationships with clients, appointed contractors, and team members.

  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Project Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing hospitality refurbishment projects.

  • Strong problem–solving, communication and decision–making skills.

  • Extensive experience as a Project Manager in a main contractor, consultancy or client–side environment.
