People Group has proudly collaborated with a boutique consultancy in Central London, we are looking to strengthen the team with the addition of a Project Manager. My client works with several social housing organisations delivering retrofit schemes across the Capital.

Dynamic and progressive are words which describe the group, they pride themselves in delivering accurate construction advice. My client promotes a professional and friendly working environment.

You the successful project manager will work closely with the leadership team providing a comprehensive range of services. A core proportion of the work is delivering retrofit schemes in the public housing sector. My client boasts a healthy pipeline of long-term work they are currently delivering schemes on over 300 units across London.

This is a client facing position, as a PM you will play an integral role throughout the process of a programme. The opportunity is ideal for someone who has experience in running multiple projects and is looking for the next step in their career. Development and progression plans are offered to encourage organic career growth.

Project Manager Requirements
  • Construction related degree in either building surveying, quantity surveying, architecture or project management
  • Full member of ARB, RICS, RTPI, APM or CIOB

  • Good knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Full UK drivers licence
