Job description

Project Manager - Construction - Warrington

We are working with a Northwest based contractor who are looking for a Project Manager to work on projects across the Northwest. The role is working in the industrial, commercial, residential, and public sector.

The role would suit someone with previous design and build experience, ideally involved in design, planning, and pre-construction.

Roles, Skills, and Qualifications

1. Leading the Project, overseeing site management team
2. Working with the key stakeholders to ensure the project is progressing
3. Developing project programmes
4. Client facing, working alongside local authorities
5. Organising and Managing sub-contractors
6. Working alongside commercial and design teams
7. Chairing project meetings
8. Providing weekly/monthly reports
9. SMSTS
10. First aid
11. HNC/HND in Construction
12. CSCS Managers card - NVQ level 6 +
13. Previous experience of leading multi-million construction project
14. Driving Licence
15. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
16. Any other industry related qualifications would be an advantage
