Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver diverse projects in unique locations, managing end-to-end delivery of secure construction and estates projects up to £5m.
  2. Plan work schedules, manage contracts and resources, budgets, risks, and project changes.
  3. Negotiate and administer agreements, contribute to design, meet stakeholders, chair meetings, and ensure value for money and quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Experienced project managers with a track record in large, complex estates and construction projects.
  2. PRINCE2 Practitioner or APM PMQ qualifications, knowledge of CDM 2015 and NEC contracts.
  3. Skills in procurement, risk, financial management, and managing change.
  4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  5. Ability to deliver consistently under pressure and across multiple projects.
