Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join this leading Contractor.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a prestigious Commercial Build project on the outskirts of Manchester. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Construction Project Manager or a Senior Site Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

You’ll be working on the construction of an £8m RC Construction Build project in the Salford area. You will have managed projects of this size and value previously and be a fully capable manager with exceptional leadership and management experience on site.

You'll have extensive experience with RC Frames/Structures and a proven track record of managing the Civils / Groundworks elements of Commercial Build projects.

You’ll have strong leadership and communication skills and be a fantastic leader. You’ll be the number one on site, managing an experienced site team and reporting into the Operations Manager. You’ll have an expectation to manage the full delivery of this scheme, including to specification, budget and project duration.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience of working on large Commercial Build projects with RC Frames.
2. Experience managing £multi-million projects either as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager.
