Une entreprise de construction reconnue recherche un Project Manager pour gérer des travaux de rénovation dans un environnement de prison en direct à Norwich. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience antérieure pertinente, détiendra les certifications nécessaires et sera prêt à s'engager dans un rôle à long terme, avec des opportunités de déplacements et de travail à distance. C'est une excellente occasion de faire partie d'un projet de grande envergure au sein d'un contractant principal de premier plan.

Qualifications

• Expérience antérieure dans un environnement de prison similaire.
• Détenir des certifications comme CSCS White/Black Card et SMSTS.
• Être à l'aise pour travailler sur des projets à long terme.

Responsibilities

• Gérer des travaux de rénovation et d’arrêt incendie dans un environnement de prison actif.
• Coordonner les équipes et assurer la conformité avec les normes de sécurité.
• Fournir des références de travail vérifiables.

• Our client is a well respected Tier 1 Main Contractor looking to recruit a Project Manager for some imminent works on a live prison environment in Norwich inc. multi-million pound refurb / fire stopping works.
• Project Manager s should ideally have prior like-for-like project experience and be comfortable working in a live prison environment.
• Our client is happy to consider freelance, temp to perm and permanent candidates - the works are likely to be long term as part of a National agreement. Therefore if candidates are also willing to travel / work away there will be further follow on works elsewhere.
• The successful Project Manager should have the usual cards/certs i.e. CSCS White / Black Card, SMSTS, First Aid as a minimum
• This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Tier 1. The chosen Project Manager will receive a competitive day rate / salary in line with the market, NEG.
