Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensuring full compliance with CDM regulations prioritizing safety.
  2. Facilitating communication with clients and suppliers.
  3. Developing and managing project schedules.
  4. Overseeing material procurement and resource allocation.
  5. Generating progress reports and other essential business documentation.
  6. Supervising in-house staff and subcontractors.
  7. Guaranteeing timely and accurate information flow to all involved parties.
  8. Upholding exceptional levels of customer service.
  9. Timely submission of payment applications.
  10. Fulfilling additional managerial duties to support the smooth functioning of our expanding construction enterprise.

Qualifications:
  1. Extensive project management experience within the construction sector.
  2. Proficiency in planning and executing live construction projects, providing leadership to on-site teams.
  3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
