The Role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take the reins on multiple fast-track Cat B fit-out schemes across central London. With project values ranging from £1m to £10m+, these are smart, modern spaces with challenging programmes and premium finishes.

You'll be leading projects from pre-construction through to handover - with full ownership of delivery, quality, programme, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

1. Oversee the full lifecycle of fast-paced Cat B commercial fit-out projects
2. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure quality delivery
3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong working relationships
4. Monitor progress, risk, and health & safety compliance
5. Collaborate with internal commercial and design teams to meet programme and budget expectations
6. Ensure each project is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget

What We're Looking For in the Project Manager:

1. Proven experience managing fast-track Cat B fit-out projects (ideally £1m-£10m)
2. Strong client-facing and communication skills
3. Main contractor background - ideally Tier 1 or high-performing Tier 2
4. Excellent leadership qualities and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
5. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure
6. SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White), and First Aid certification preferred
