Job description

We require a Construction Project Manager for a busy Groundworks contractor working in and around the Berkshire area. The role has a minimum duration of 17 months with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidates.

Type: Temp to Perm

Salary: £320 - £330 per shift

Specializations: Groundworks, RC Frame

Project Details:

• Drainage works with approximately 7 months duration
• Enabling works with approximately 12 months duration

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card
• BSc in Construction Management or equivalent
• Valid SMSTS
• Valid First Aid at Work
• Prince2 Certification (preferred)
• Valid UK Passport (due to project specifications)
