Project Manager - Manchester- Residential and Commercial

Our client is a leading contractor with multiple schemes across the UK. Due to continued success, we are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager to deliver a landmark development in Manchester.

The Scheme

Piles and RC ground beams, basement lift shaft works, RC frame, fast track pod installation and fit out, extensive M&E, unitised Façade, curtain walling, deep drainage and attenuation, external civils and landscaping works, 278 works, substation install.

About You

1. Commercially Astute Project Manager
2. Experienced at managing large, diverse Site Teams including delivery and commercial team members
3. Experience in delivering schemes from brownfield through construction phases to handover either as Number 1 or as part of a larger team
4. Experience of RC Structures
5. Experienced in liaising with Utilities Providers and large subcontracting teams
6. SMSTS
7. IT literate
8. At ease conducting progress meetings to internal and external stakeholders
9. Able to uphold the highest health and safety standards

The scheme is anticipated to last 36 months and we are keen to engage with candidates looking for a permanent role.
