What does the role involve?

• Working within the National Energy and Industry Projects Division, managing a portfolio of our newest and largest UK projects.
• Coordinating sales potential, identifying key stakeholders, contracts, and project applications, engaging with internal stakeholders, and utilizing Salesforce.
• Owning and structuring the full project capture process with a best-in-class project management approach.
• Orchestrating complex commercial deals, meeting sales targets and deadlines, while maintaining quality and profitability with Hilti partners.
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of commercial, technical, logistic, financial, legal, and other aspects related to providing complex solutions involving products, services, and software.

What you need is:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with competency in technical consultative selling.
• Experience within Engineering, Construction, Energy, or Pharmaceutical sectors is preferred.
• A degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related discipline is preferable.
• Project Management qualifications such as Prince2, or equivalent experience.
• High learning agility and self-motivation.
• Strong commercial acumen with robust sales skills and a medium/long-term perspective.
• Excellent networking and influencing skills, with impactful communication.
• Ability to lead without direct authority, coach team members, and operate in a matrix, multicultural environment.
• A full, clean UK manual driving license and willingness to travel weekly.
