Walker & Sloan are working with an outstanding regional construction contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality residential development in Bath.

This is an exciting opportunity to own a flagship housing project, collaborating with commercial, technical and operational teams, while progressing within a reputable regional contractor with a strong pipeline across the South West.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering residential or mixed-use construction projects for a main contractor.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of programme management, commercial awareness, health & safety, and quality assurance.
• Ideally hold relevant construction qualifications alongside SMSTS and CSCS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a new build residential development from site start to handover.
• Lead cross-functional teams across commercial, technical and operational units.
• Ensure the scheme is on programme, within budget, and to the high standards the business is known for.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Walker & Sloan are working with an outstanding regional construction contractor to recruit an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality residential development in Bath.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Project Manager to take ownership of a flagship housing development while joining a business that genuinely invests in its people and offers clear long-term career progression.

The Role

As Project Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a new build residential development from site commencement through to final handover.

Working closely with the commercial, technical and operational teams, you'll lead all aspects of project delivery, ensuring the scheme is completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the exceptionally high standards the business is known for.

You’ll play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors while creating a positive site culture focused on collaboration, quality and continuous improvement.

About You

You’ll have a proven track record delivering residential or mixed-use construction projects for a main contractor and be confident leading multidisciplinary project teams throughout the construction lifecycle.

You’ll possess excellent leadership and communication skills, together with a strong understanding of programme management, commercial awareness, health & safety, and quality assurance.

Ideally, you’ll hold relevant construction qualifications alongside SMSTS, CSCS, and a passion for delivering projects to the highest possible standard.
