Job summary

Construction in South Wales is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major student accommodation refurbishment and new-build extension in Central Cardiff. You will manage programme, quality, safety and commercial performance while coordinating subcontractors and the project team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, or a proven Senior Site Manager looking to progress into a Project Management role.
• Previous experience delivering refurbishment and/or new-build projects for a main contractor.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to drive programmes and manage project delivery.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
