• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Experience delivering change in higher education/academic sector.
• Experience delivering complex projects across full life cycle.
• Strong governance, planning, risk and benefits management.
• Leading multi-disciplinary teams, including matrix resources.
• Judgement within governance framework.
• Effective stakeholder engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem solving using data.

Responsibilities

• Select and apply appropriate project life cycle approaches.
• Establish and maintain project governance and reporting.
• Lead business case development and alignment to objectives.
• Create and maintain integrated project management plan.
• Manage delivery performance against baselines.
• Oversee project financial management and reporting.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.
• Deliver stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Plan transition to business-as-usual and benefits realisation.
