Jobot in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial life sciences projects on-site. You will manage planning, budgeting, subcontractor selection, and client billing, with full P&L accountability and leadership autonomy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial construction project management, plus hands-on experience with Procore and Primavera, and familiarity with tasking tools like Touch Plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of Procore and Primavera software.
• Familiarity with Touch Plan or similar tasking software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and supervisors on project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Manage project P&L for optimal results and handle project buy-out, assigning the right subcontractors.
• Oversee quality assurance and controls, and participate in weekly and monthly job site safety walks.
• Manage project files in Procore, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders, and provide monthly client billing.
