Reed is recruiting a Project Manager for commercial fitout projects in Hertfordshire with hybrid office and site travel. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high standards.

Day-to-day duties include leading fit-outs, refurbishments and installations, developing detailed plans, and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers. Strong communication with clients and stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good understanding of technical drawings, specifications and quotations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Manage various projects including fit-outs, refurbishments, and installations.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
