• Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications (Including, but not limited to):

• 5+ Years in Commercial Construction; Superintendent experience is a plus. Experience handling on-site surprises.
• Blueprint Knowledge: Comfortable reading and interpreting plans.
• Multi-Trade Coordination: Understand trade overlaps and coordination.
• Software Skills: Experience with Smartsheets, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Bluebeam.
• Strong Communication Skills: Clear and concise, both written and verbal.
