£40,000 - £45,000 + OTE £65,000 - £70,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits

THE ROLE:

• Visit prospect and newly acquired sites to plan the new storage facility builds
• Plan the project delivery roadmap with time frames, budget, and manpower needed to deliver
• Communicate with the MD and senior leaders to provide regular updates
• Visit previous builds to plan large refurbishments or extension builds

THE PERSON:

• Project Management experience
• Commercial Construction experience
• Based in the South Wales - Midlands patch
