Project Manager - Construction — Location: Newmarket — Salary: Up to £85,000 PA / £410 a day — Contract: 9 months

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a new-build self-storage warehouse facility, coordinating site activities, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining full control of health, safety, quality, and programme.
• Drive programme schedules, manage subcontractors, and ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Experience managing warehouse / industrial or similar build projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Package

• £85,000 PA / £410 per day
