Location: Warwickshire, Hybrid Working

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee capital projects within the healthcare sector for a leading independent supplier in Europe. The role involves managing projects from inception to completion, focusing on service delivery and strategic growth.

The successful candidate will manage projects valued up to approximately £15 million, including construction and mobilisation in various facilities. This position requires a proactive individual with significant project management experience, especially in construction or engineering sectors.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of capital projects, from modelling and costing to handover.
  • Coordinate planning applications and design processes with architects and consultants.
  • Develop project plans and budgets, ensuring financial adherence.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, budgets, and risks.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Extensive experience in construction project management, preferably in healthcare.
  • Knowledge of statutory requirements and RIBA methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
