Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background? We’re looking for an experienced, proactive leader to join our team and drive essential projects within the municipal wastewater sector.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager with a civils focus, you’ll take ownership of waste water treatment upgrade projects, from planning and mobilisation through delivery and close-out. You’ll oversee multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites, ensuring that wastewater schemes are delivered safely, on time, and to high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate civils-focused wastewater infrastructure projects
• Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, schedules, and resourcing
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and health & safety protocols
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities to maintain strong project momentum
• Conduct risk assessments and resolve technical and logistical challenges
• Support other members of the team and contribute to continual improvement across project delivery

• Proven track record in managing civil engineering projects in the municipal wastewater or wider utilities sector
• Relevant degree/ qualification
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing NEC contracts
• Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills
