£70,000 - £80,000 + Company Performance Bonuses + Car Allowance + Company Package

Are you a Project Manager from a construction background looking for a new role to run and co-ordinate large, exciting projects, where you will be offered company bonuses, a car allowance, and autonomy within an expanding, market-leading company?

This role starts with initially managing a new £13 million residential new build site in Holyhead, working alongside the contracts manager overseeing the project from start to finish, giving you real ownership of the project. You will be on site in Holyhead daily and will be responsible for ensuring the project is progressing to time and budget constraints.

This role would suit a Project Manager from a construction background looking for a stable role that will offer you bonuses, a car allowance, and autonomy to run the site to your standards.

The Role

1. Managing a residential new build project from conception to completion.
2. Ensuring project progression adheres to time and budget constraints.
3. Collaborating with the contracts manager and other stakeholders.
4. Providing leadership and direction to the project team.
