About the company

Our client is a leading UK-based Subcontract construction company specialising in reinforced concrete structures, infrastructure and civil engineering. Our client has a turnover of over £50 million working on projects across the Midlands, South East and London.

About the Role

We have been asked to find a specialist Project Manager capable of delivering a Civil and Groundworks package. Individuals will need to have a strong understanding of Civil Engineering, Groundworks and Concrete Structures and come from an Engineering background. Usual duties will apply from overall management of the site team, technical management of the programme and works, through to management of the client and surrounding aspects.

About the requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering RC Frame projects
  • Previous experience working with a Subcontractor within Concrete construction
  • Engineering background with strong technical ability

  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Degree educated in either Construction Management or Engineering

Salary range of £80,000 - £90,000 per annum.
