We’re seeking a Project Manager for our Water Delivery team, based across our offices in Shelton (Shrewsbury), Raynesway (Derby), and Finham (Coventry).
Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering capital and maintenance projects on Hafren Dyfrdwy and Severn Trent reservoirs and ponds. The role involves regular travel to Hafren Dyfrdwy sites in Shropshire.
You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards, leading a project engineer or assistant project manager. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, monitor risks, track finances, and collaborate with design engineers, external consultants, delivery partners, PMO, and Commercial teams, while monitoring project performance.
Ideally, you will have a degree in a technical engineering discipline, be working towards Chartered Engineer status, and hold or be pursuing APM or PRINCE qualifications. We also consider relevant transferable experience.
You should be a forward-thinking, innovative project manager experienced in handling multiple multi-million-pound capital engineering and construction projects using a gated delivery process.
