A leading utility company in the UK is looking for a Project Manager to join their Waste Treatment delivery team. This role involves managing large engineering projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring effective delivery including scope, schedule, and finance. The ideal candidate should have a degree and experience in project delivery, with dynamic leadership and strong communication skills. The position is based in Derby and requires travel to various sites.

Key Position

Project Manager to join the Waste Treatment delivery team at our Raynesway office, Derby.

Responsibilities

As Project Manager you will be accountable for delivering key projects throughout their lifecycle across a portfolio of large capital engineering and construction wastewater treatment projects. You will manage key aspects of project delivery such as scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality and resources, and liaise with project stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements
  • Degree qualified with relevant industry experience in project and programme delivery.
  • Experience managing NEC projects with a proven track record of cost planning and management.
  • Dynamic and collaborative leader with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong ability to build successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Driving licence essential – primary location Derby, role involves travel to various sites.
