Senior Project Manager - Cards Platforms Delivery - 12-month contract - On Site in Dubai

We are working with a consultancy client in the United Arab Emirates and are looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager who can lead technical teams to deliver new Card Platform projects for banking customers in the UAE.

The client would like candidates with experience in banks from the UK (and global banks) but who also have extensive experience in Cards (debit cards, credit cards projects).

• Job Title: Project / Program Manager – Card Platform Projects (Banking)
• Contract: 12 months - Onsite in the UAE
• Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of card platform initiatives within a banking environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing technical teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies and overseeing the full project lifecycle for card-related platforms. Experience with TSYS PRIME (including versions like PRIME4) is an advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional Scrum teams to deliver card platform solutions on time and within scope.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including business, operations, and IT.
• Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business objectives.
• Drive clear communication across teams, ensuring stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering card platform projects in banking or financial services.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate technical teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with TSYS PRIME (e.g., PRIME4) is a plus.
