Here at the University of Salford, we are looking for a new Project Manager. Is it you?

This is an exciting time to join us. We are proud of our Campus Connectivity plan, an ambitious and fulfilling venture. Our campus is evolving with new buildings, facilities, and ideas.

We have hired key team members and are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to complete our team. You will work alongside the Associate Director of Campus Services and our Strategic Portfolio Office, leading efforts in construction planning and delivery.

Over the next two years, our pipeline includes:

• Collaborating with construction partners to deliver building projects from pre-planning to completion, shaping our campus and future infrastructure.
• Managing operations during the refresh and remodeling of catering outlets in Phase II of a larger project to enhance our food and drink offerings.
• Partnering externally to optimize transport, including parking solutions and sustainable travel plans.
• Reviewing student accommodation processes and exploring IT solutions to improve their experience.
• Overseeing projects related to our sports and physical activity strategy, including new facilities and improvements.

To succeed in this role, we hope you'll bring:

• A background in managing commercial projects.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong experience with the project management lifecycle and stakeholder communication.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects within a large program.
