Job summary

CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler is seeking an experienced MOD Project Manager to lead C4ISR applications work from mid-October in Corsham. The role is hybrid with overseas travel and a 12-month+ contract.

As the subject matter expert, you will coordinate across MOD and Defence Digital, manage stakeholders and drive change and requirements management.

Project Manager - MOD C4ISR Applications
Location: Corsham / Hybrid / Overseas Travel
Rate: 600 to 630 per day
Contract: 12 months +
Start: Mid-October
Clearance: Active DV Clearance Required
Nationality: Sole British National

We are seeking an experienced MOD Project Manager working on C4ISR Applications programme from mid-October.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically credible individual with strong MOD experience to support a high-profile defence programme, working across key stakeholders, technical teams and working groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise across MOD C4ISR applications and services
• Support and coordinate technical activities across the C4ISR Coherence programme
• Manage and engage with a broad range of MOD and technical stakeholders
• Lead and support stakeholder management, change management and requirements management
• Coordinate and manage Technical Working Groups, ensuring actions, decisions and requirements are effectively captured and progressed
• Support requirements definition, analysis and change control
• Work closely with teams across the MOD environment, including Defence Digital
• Attend MOD sites in Corsham, with some overseas travel and occasional home working

Essential Experience

• Strong experience working within MOD C4ISR environments
• Familiarity with, or experience supporting, Defence Digital
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience in change and requirements management
• Proven ability to coordinate and manage Technical Working Groups
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively across technical and senior stakeholder communities
