This role involves managing a transition to a product-centric and Agile approach while engaging with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. The position offers generous remote working options with the requirement for occasional travel to London and Surrey offices.
On behalf of a valued client who operates within the insurance industry, I am seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major business operating model transformation initiative, transitioning their organisation from a traditional waterfall delivery model to a product-centric, Agile operating model.
This is a pivotal contract role that will work directly with senior stakeholders, including ExCo members and the Head of Product, to successfully drive organisational change. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both Waterfall and Agile delivery models, proven experience managing large-scale transformation programs, and the ability to bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution.
The organisation is happy to offer the role as predominantly remote based, however you will be expected to travel to their London and Surrey offices regularly and when required for workshops and collaboration purposes.
London/Surrey (generous remote working options), £650 per day (outside IR35)
