A leading company is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst to manage priority projects and enhance business processes within their agile change portfolio. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and supports the development of agile working methods.
The Project Manager/Business Analyst role is part of the PMO Team. It involves managing priority projects within the Stewardship agile change portfolio and analyzing and improving business processes across Stewardship. The role collaborates with our Technology team to enhance workflows by identifying and resolving challenges and dependencies, enabling teams to deliver organizational priority projects and BAU activities more effectively. Successful project delivery and process improvement are vital for achieving our strategic objectives.
The role requires working cross-functionally across the organization to meet change targets by delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, as well as enhancing business processes within Stewardship Teams. The role also supports the organization in developing new agile, collaborative working methods and helps others understand the benefits of working within the Agile framework.
