We are seeking a seasoned BA Lead with extensive experience in technology-driven projects to coordinate and lead a team of Business Analysts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of project management and business analysis skills, enabling them to establish standards and frameworks for the BA team and actively contribute to the program leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10-12 Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to ensure alignment with project goals and individual development.Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

  • Proficient in using business analysis tools and software.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) is highly desirable.
  • Public Sector experience highly desirable.
