Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading specialist in the Built Environment. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure and regeneration development projects for major clients. This role will be hybrid.

Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will be part of a dedicated professional services team delivering land solutions projects. This role offers the chance to work with prestigious clients on significant business process and infrastructure development projects across the UK.

Within an established project management framework, you will:

• Take full responsibility for project delivery, utilizing best practice procedures.
• Develop and agree on detailed project execution plans with the Programme Manager.
• Monitor, control, and report on project progress, performance, and financial outcomes.
• Direct and motivate project teams to ensure tasks are completed to high standards.
• Manage resource allocation, ensuring team members are skilled and equipped.
• Maintain regular communication with the Project Board to ensure project integrity.
• Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, enhancing the company's reputation.
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality and compliance standards.

Minimum requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Confidence in handling challenging client situations.
• Focus on high productivity and efficiency.
