Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading specialist in the Built Environment sector. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure and regeneration projects for major clients. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will be part of a dedicated professional services team delivering specialist land solutions projects across the UK. You will have the chance to work with prestigious clients on significant development projects.

Within an established project management framework, your responsibilities will include:

• Taking full responsibility for project delivery using best practice procedures
• Developing and agreeing on detailed project execution plans
• Monitoring, controlling, and reporting on project progress, performance, and finances
• Leading and motivating project teams to ensure high standards
• Managing resource allocation effectively
• Communicating regularly with the Project Board to ensure project integrity
• Managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensuring all projects meet quality and compliance standards

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant to the role
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management
• Proven leadership and team motivation skills
• Strong budget management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident in managing challenging client situations
• Focus on high productivity and efficiency
