Job Description
Our client offers project management, building surveying, cost management and more. Primarily working through the commercial, education, healthcare and industrial sectors. Projects can vary in complexity and value but are usually between £3 million and £50 million. This role will see you working alongside fellow project managers reporting into the regional Director for the South. From day one, you will be working on a number of stimulating projects within the education, commercial and leisure sectors. This role would be well-suited to a building surveyor looking to make the transition into project management but who has experience running smaller projects.
You will have a construction or property-related degree and ideally be working through your APC. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, high-quality oral and written communication, and be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
£55k base salary, ongoing professional development, private healthcare, life assurance, and generous employer pension contributions.
