Location: Portsmouth, Hybrid with UK travel

We are a growing team delivering innovative FRP composite bridge solutions that are sustainable, lightweight, and future-ready.

We seek a proactive and ambitious Project Manager to oversee projects from concept to completion, develop strong customer relationships, and enhance supply chain links.

As our Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing projects from early-stage concept through to supply and delivery.
2. Liaising with clients, supply chain partners, and design teams.
3. Creating and delivering technical proposals, pricing, and project documentation.
4. Supporting marketing, tendering, and business development activities.
5. Coordinating installations and ensuring project quality and performance.

What we need from you:

1. A strong interest in infrastructure and construction innovation.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. A desire to grow both commercially and technically.
4. Familiarity with or willingness to learn about DMRB, CUR96, and FRP systems.
5. Ideally, a qualification suitable for a Level 4/6 apprenticeship (if training support is needed).
