Project Manager | Bespoke Corrugated Packaging | Kent – Hybrid | Up to £40k

As Project Manager you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading and coordinating all internal projects linked to external sales, ensuring timely and impactful execution.
  2. Implementing structured processes to enhance operational efficiency and boost sales outcomes.
  3. Collaborating across teams—design, technical, purchasing, and operations—to support seamless sales execution.
  4. Serving as the primary internal point of contact for customer queries and support.

Key attributes required:

  1. Proven experience as a Project Manager, Sales Coordinator, or similar in a high-energy, sales-oriented environment.
  2. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  3. A results-driven mindset with a no-nonsense approach to pushing progress.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholders and workflows.
  5. Confidence in managing CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
  6. Agility to adapt to shifting priorities and handle pressure with poise.
