Are you a hands-on Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality refurbishment projects? We're working with a leading, forward-thinking hospitality brand that's on a mission to redefine the hotel experience in the UK - and they're looking for someone like you to join their growing property team.
The Opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of bedroom refurbishment projects across a diverse hotel estate. You'll lead the full project lifecycle - from initial scope and consultant briefing, through to tendering, site delivery and handover. With project values ranging from £100k to £2m, this is a role for someone who thrives on detail, process, and accountability.
What You'll Be Doing:
End-to-end management of multiple hotel refurbishment projects across the UK Working closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants (architects, designers, QS etc.) Overseeing cost, quality, programme, and compliance at every stage Conducting site visits, managing contractors, and ensuring safe, timely, on-brand delivery Maintaining tight budgetary control and leading project reportingWhat We're Looking For:
Strong experience in construction project management - ideally within hotels Proven ability to brief, coordinate, and manage consultant teams Highly process-driven, with a keen eye for design detail and technical drawings Confident managing multiple projects at once, with national travel as required A team player with strong communication, organisation, and leadership skillsWhy Apply?
