Job summary

Auxo Talent is partnering with a specialist technology business delivering bespoke AV, lighting control and smart technology solutions across high-end environments. The Project Manager will own projects from planning through to completion, combining client management, site coordination and hands-on technical delivery.

You will coordinate engineers and suppliers across multiple sites, plan weekly activities and ensure equipment and materials are available when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV or systems integration is preferred.
• Strong client-facing skills and relationship management.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Commercial awareness and problem solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from initial planning through to installation and completion
• Being the main point of contact for clients throughout delivery
• Coordinating engineers and technical teams across multiple sites
• Planning engineers' weeks and ensuring resources are in the right place
• Ensuring equipment and materials are ordered and available when required
• Managing site activity with a mix of office, client and site work
• Working with design and estimating teams to deliver as specified
• Managing project logistics, timelines and budgets
• Resolving issues on-site and keeping projects moving
• Overseeing installation, testing, commissioning and handover
• Supporting and managing engineers on your projects
