Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Manager with an AV background for an office-based role in Reading. You will run major client AV/UC projects end-to-end and act as the technical reference for the delivery team.

You will manage high-value AV projects (£100k+), coordinate engineers (in-house and subcontract) and support admin/service teams across the UK. The role offers £45k–£50k, training, progression and a benefits package.

An excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with an AV background looking to for an office based role where you will play a key role on major client projects.

In this office based role you’ll manage larger AV projects (often £100k+), overseeing documentation (drawings, elevations, cable schedules, RAMS), coordinating engineers (in-house and subcontract) and supporting the admin/service coordination team through delivery across the UK.

This role suits a technically driven person who wants specialist development and progression through deeper technical capability, while taking real ownership of complex AV/UC projects and standards.
