The Role

As AV Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of high-end residential technology projects. From initial client meetings and project planning through to installation, commissioning, and final handover, you’ll ensure every project runs smoothly, exceeds expectations, and reflects the highest industry standards. Working alongside designers, engineers, contractors, and UHNW clients, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating exceptional smart living environments that combine luxury, innovation, and seamless performance.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple AV and smart home integration projects from design through to successful completion
• Building strong relationships with high-end residential clients and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle
• Creating and managing project programmes, milestones, timelines, and resource plans
• Coordinating engineers, programmers, and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Overseeing installations involving Crestron, Control4, Savant, Lutron, KNX, home cinema, networking, and integrated control systems
• Identifying project risks early and implementing solutions before they become issues
• Leading client, contractor, and site meetings with confidence and professionalism
• Managing procurement, budgets, quality standards, and project documentation to ensure flawless delivery

About You / Qualifications

• Proven experience managing residential AV integration, smart home automation, or luxury technology projects
• A strong technical understanding of integrated AV systems, home cinema, audio, video distribution, networking, lighting control, and automation platforms
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• A polished and professional communicator who is comfortable working closely with UHNW clients, architects, and contractors
• Experience using project management tools and software to manage project delivery effectively
• Industry qualifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, or CEDIA are advantageous but not essential
