You’ll lead the delivery of a wide variety of archaeological multidisciplinary environmental projects, ensuring they run smoothly, meet quality standards and achieve real impact. You’ll work alongside a highly experienced team, contributing to our shared company goals of creating practical, cost-effective solutions for clients across the UK.

What you’ll do:
The Project Manager role is responsible for the successful delivery of archaeological projects from quotation through to completion, ensuring they meet time, budget and quality targets. The role involves maintaining compliance with legal and professional standards, overseeing site work, and managing resources and subcontractors effectively.
On the commercial side, you’ll be involved in preparing and reviewing quotes and tenders, supporting marketing and business development efforts, building and managing client relationships, and, most importantly, identifying new opportunities to grow the business.
You will also provide line management to designated staff, lead early career training initiatives, and support public engagement activities. The role requires upholding company values, maintaining accurate records, completing mandatory training, and continual professional development.
