Project Manager – Application Delivery, Cybersecurity, Smart Controls – Remote (UK)

A large global organisation is seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and facilitating solution deployment in regulated environments.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity with potential extensions, and it can be worked remotely from the UK.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in project planning, execution, risk management, and closure
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience documenting user stories, functional specifications, and technical requirements
• Knowledge of Smart Controls, RCA, and cybersecurity protocols
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Aha, ServiceNow) and IT governance processes
• Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Ability to support and guide stakeholders through enterprise workflows

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with stakeholders to define application requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
• Support new demand by coordinating with teams to gather information and guide them through processes
• Document user stories, data sources, and specifications for development and deployment
• Ensure implementation of Smart Controls, including RCA and cybersecurity checks, before moving solutions to Test/UAT/Production
• Liaise with SMEs to develop user documentation and guides
• Provide ad-hoc support for requests related to Aha, ServiceNow, and risk assessments
