Job summary

PRIMUS Global Solutions seeks an experienced Project Manager to own a critical AI programme workstream and drive delivery outcomes. You will collaborate with senior business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure aligned, value-driven results.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant PROJECT MANAGEMENT experience.
• Strong knowledge of the FINANCIAL SERVICES or REGULATORY sector.
• Proven experience delivering complex and high-risk projects.
• Strong PROJECT DELIVERY and DELIVERY LEADERSHIP experience.
• Excellent SENIOR STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT and EXECUTIVE STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT skills.
• Strong PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT and DEPENDENCY MANAGEMENT experience.
• Experience with PROJECT GOVERNANCE frameworks and delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.
• Experience with PEOPLE LEADERSHIP, line management, performance management and coaching.
• Strong COMMERCIAL AND FINANCIAL ACUMEN, including budget management and forecasting.
