Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in the UK is seeking a Project Manager to lead AI and automation projects. The role includes managing platform enhancements and collaborating across teams. Ideal candidates have experience with CX platforms and Agile methodologies. This is a hybrid position based in Newcastle, requiring two days a week in the office on a 12-month fixed term contract.

What will you be doing as a Project Manager?

• Leading the delivery of AI, automation, and efficiency-driven projects across the business
• Managing platform enhancements, primarily in SaaS solutions such as NICE CXOne
• Collaborating across teams including product, technology, operations, and sales to ensure alignment with business goals
• Overseeing timelines, budgets, stakeholder updates, and risk mitigation strategies
• Driving user acceptance testing, change management and post-go-live support
• Ensuring all projects adhere to data governance and security standards

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience delivering complex AI, automation, API or SaaS integration projects
• Previous experience working with CX platforms, ideally NICE CXOne
• Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Comfortable translating business needs into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with automation and RPA tools (e.g. Zapier), AI/ML concepts, and chatbot frameworks
• Ability to engage confidently with developers, architects, and business stakeholder
• Relevant qualifications like PRINCE2 or PMP are desirable but not essential

This is a hybrid role working 2-days per week in our Newcastle-based Head Office on a 12-month fixed term contract.
