MIGSO-PCUBED (MP) in Bristol is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead aerospace and aviation projects. You will own delivery from initiation to completion, coordinating clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, technically challenging environment.

The role emphasizes governance, planning, risk management and clear performance reporting, with opportunities for professional development through APM qualifications and a supportive learning culture.

Formación

• Proven experience leading projects or work packages in aerospace, aviation, engineering or other complex technical environments.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource management, dependencies and delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing project risks, budgets, forecasts, schedules and delivery performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders and align teams.
• Experience with project reporting, change control, KPIs and governance.
• Ability to take ownership, manage competing priorities and navigate challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6 or Power BI is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies to keep delivery on track.

• Monitor budgets, forecasts and expenditure to ensure projects remain aligned with financial targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to maintain alignment and drive progress.
• Track project performance, monitor KPIs and provide clear reporting and insights to support informed decision-making.
• Maintain effective project governance, manage changes and ensure appropriate documentation and assurance processes are followed.
• Coordinate project teams, manage competing priorities and foster collaboration and accountability.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and share best practices.

You’ll take ownership of project delivery, working closely with clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to drive projects forward in dynamic, technically challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring objectives, scope, timescales and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Project Management Experience: Proven experience managing projects or work packages, ideally within Aerospace, Aviation, Engineering, Manufacturing or another complex technical environment.
• Planning & Delivery: Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, resource management, dependencies and delivery methodologies.
• Risk, Cost & Schedule Management: Experience managing project risks, budgets, forecasts, schedules and delivery performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and bring teams together.
• Governance & Reporting: Experience with project reporting, change control, KPIs and project governance.
• Leadership & Problem-Solving: The ability to take ownership, manage competing priorities, make informed decisions and confidently navigate challenges.
• Digital & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or Power BI would be beneficial.
