PROJECT MANAGER - CONTRACT - FILTON

Are you passionate about quality, industrial processes, and making a real impact in a factory environment? Airbus UK in Filton is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Quality Team as a Project Manager (Quality Line Side IPQ Assessor).

About the Role

You will be in charge of leading a project for the development of a control room which monitors a lab test means. As a Project Manager in our Quality Team, you will play a key role in ensuring our internal shops are fully qualified to perform critical industrial processes. You'll be at the forefront of maintaining the highest standards of product safety and compliance, supporting both business teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead industrial qualifications and validate internal shop readiness for complex manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct validation of couple and IQ reports, collecting evidence to assess compliance.
  • Support impact analysis and recovery actions in cases of non-compliance.
  • Propose IQ status and communicate findings to validators.
  • Contribute to investigations and root cause analysis of quality issues, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Drive process improvements and analyse process capability results to support continuous improvement.
