The Role:
- As a Project Manager / Account Handler, you will play a pivotal role in a dynamic and fast-paced department.
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of manufacturing print and production.
- Ensure that projects run smoothly and meet the clients' expectations.
- Building and nurturing strong professional relationships with clients will be a key focus of the role.
- Actively network with businesses to explore opportunities for new collaborations and to expand their reach within various departments, fostering potential new business avenues.
- Meticulously ensure that all projects are executed according to the client's specific requirements, while also keeping workflow effectively on schedule.
- Working closely with the production team, you will strategize on the optimal use of equipment and techniques, ensuring the highest quality outcomes for clients.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the clients' requirements.
- Navigate projects from inception to completion, requiring effective time management and the agility to address and resolve challenges as they arise.
- Preparation of detailed weekly reports that document lessons learned, near misses, and proactive suggestions for enhancements.
- Manage multiple projects to tight timescales and differing complexities.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of their solutions according to their needs and objectives.
Requirements:- You must have proven project/account management or other relevant print industry experience.
- Your role demands exceptional leadership abilities, robust management skills, and strong written and verbal communication proficiencies.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at any time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
